Among the city's gems lies Easton Park, the latest neighborhood to grace Austin's real estate landscape. Swiftly becoming the talk of town with its blend of urban convenience and natural beauty, this up-and-coming neighborhood is one to watch.

The Location

Conveniently located just 12 miles southeast of Downtown Austin, Easton Park offers residents a tranquil retreat from the city's hustle and bustle while maintaining easy access to amenities. Less than a 30-minute drive to Downtown and less than a 15-minute drive to the airport makes it convenient for those who frequently travel.

The Amenities

When compared against other neighborhoods in Austin, Easton Park's amenities are top-notch. With a 14,000 sq/ft amenity center, it's the heart of the community where everyone comes together.  Inside The Union, you will find a resort-style pool, fitness center, and yoga lawn! With plenty of areas to lounge, it makes for a great area to work away from home or meet with friends for a post-work cocktail. Next to The Union, you'll find a huge dog park to bring your furry friends. Summers are always a resident favorite, as bands frequently play for Music in the Park.

The Community

From Food Truck Friday's to holiday events like their annual Halloween Wicked Walk, this community is great if you are new to Austin and looking to make friends with your neighbors. The neighborhood also has a variety of clubs to join. From supper clubs, to running clubs, the Union is always bustling with activity.

Homes in Easton Park

Sprawling across 1,500 acres, the neighborhood presents an array of housing options tailored to every stage of life and budget- including single-family homes, courtyard homes, and condos. You'll find well-known builders such as Brookfield Residential, Perry Homes, Taylor Morrison, David Weekley, and more! Prices start at $400k for a condo and can go north of $850k.
