Kelsey Easton Recognized as a Top 500 Austin Realtor & Real Producers Rising Star

Kelsey Easton August 26, 2026

I’m incredibly honored to have been featured in the May 2026 issue of Austin Real Producers as a Real Producer Rising Star.

The feature, titled “Kelsey Easton: Austin’s Real Estate Dynamo,” shares a little more about my journey into Austin real estate, the experiences that shaped my business, and why I’ve become so passionate about helping people navigate one of the biggest financial and personal decisions they’ll make. I’m incredibly honored to have been featured in the May 2026 issue of Austin Real Producers as a Real Producer Rising Star and recognized among the Top 500 real estate producers in the Austin market.

From Austin Native to Austin Real Estate Advisor

Austin isn't simply the market where I sell real estate. It's home. I grew up in the Austin area, graduated from Round Rock High School and Texas State University, and have personally lived in several very different parts of the city- from South Congress and Easton Park to Dripping Springs and Rosedale. As the Real Producers feature highlighted, living throughout Austin has given me a firsthand understanding of not only property values, but also the lifestyle, school zones, development patterns, and long-term appreciation potential that can vary tremendously from one neighborhood to another. That local perspective has become increasingly important as Austin has grown. Buying the right home here isn't simply about finding a property you love. It's understanding what you're buying, where you're buying it, and how that location may evolve over the next five, ten, or twenty years.

Experience Across the Austin Market

My real estate career began in 2020, working alongside one of Austin's top luxury agents. By 26, I had sold my first $3 million property. Since then, my experience has ranged from $350,000 condos and first-time home purchases to multimillion-dollar residences, including property at the Four Seasons. That range is something I'm proud of. Luxury real estate has become an increasingly important part of my business, but I never want my brand to lose sight of what initially made me love real estate: helping people make smart decisions during major transitions in their lives. Whether I'm advising a first-time buyer, marketing a home for a seller, identifying an off-market opportunity, or helping a luxury buyer evaluate a multimillion-dollar property, my role is ultimately the same: provide the information, strategy, and market knowledge necessary to make a confident decision.

A Different Kind of Austin Market Knowledge

One thing I've learned is that being a good real estate advisor requires much more than knowing what homes recently sold for. It's understanding why they sold for that price. For buyers, that means understanding which properties have the most negotiating leverage, interpreting seller motivation, recognizing when pricing or timing creates an opportunity, and knowing when a property represents genuine value. For sellers, it means understanding how buyers are behaving in the current Austin market, where competing inventory is creating pressure, what makes one property command a premium over another, and how positioning, presentation, and exposure can materially impact the final result. And at the luxury level, some of the most valuable market information isn't necessarily visible on Zillow or other consumer-facing real estate websites. Private listings, agent networks and off-market transactions can all play a role in understanding both available inventory and true market value.

That is where I believe a knowledgeable Austin Realtor should add the most value.

More Than 60 Homes Sold- and Still Evolving

At the time of my Real Producers feature, I had built a track record of selling more than 50 properties. I've also intentionally experienced real estate from the other side of the table, as a buyer, seller and landlord myself, which has shaped how I advise clients. Real estate changes constantly, and Austin changes even faster. That's why one of the sentiments I shared with Real Producers probably sums up my approach best: I'm continually asking where the market is headed, how I can bring more value to my clients, and how I can continue getting better at what I do.

Thank You, Austin Real Producers

I'm grateful to Austin Real Producers and writer Elizabeth McCabe for sharing my story, and especially grateful to the clients, mentors, friends and colleagues who have been part of building my business. The article says something that resonated with me: my career has been shaped by “bold moves, smart risks” and determination. I think that's also a pretty good description of real estate. Austin is home to thousands of licensed real estate professionals, so being recognized as a Top 500 producer in the Austin market is an accomplishment I’m incredibly proud of.

Whether you're buying your first Austin home, selling a property you've owned for years, or looking for your next luxury investment, good decisions usually come from having the right information—and the confidence to act when the right opportunity appears.
